Developed for business school deans, by experienced business school deans, the program bridges personal leadership and institutional impact. Explore practical tools with a focus on building an effective leadership team, global insights, emotional intelligence, stakeholder alignment, and the distinct challenges of your first term—equipping you to navigate challenges and lead effectively throughout your tenure as a dean. Who Should Attend

While titles may vary across regions, dean refers broadly to the head of a higher education business unit or the most senior academic leader responsible for its strategic direction and academic quality.
