As the Director of Advocacy you will be responsible for elevating AACSB’s brand awareness, reputation, and market influence by promoting the value of business education and AACSB accreditation on behalf of members and stakeholders. You will supervise two employees and lead brand positioning, organizational messaging, digital advertising, public relations and social media strategy, and advocacy partnerships.
How You Will Contribute
- Branding: Manages the AACSB master brand and sub-brands portfolio, guidelines, and usage internally and externally. Conducts market research to evaluate brand awareness and reputation, advocacy campaign effectiveness, and stakeholder perception and sentiment analysis.
- Organization Messaging: Manages and develops high-level audience message maps, stories, and data proof points for use in position papers, op-eds, executive presentations, and marketing assets.
- Advertising: Directs digital advertising strategies, media buying, creative treatment, and campaign performance metrics to increase brand awareness and audience reach and amplify AACSB’s advocacy and thought leadership content.
- Public Relations: Directs public relations initiatives including global and regional PR campaigns, media outreach, advocacy tools for members, spokesperson media toolkits and interview support, and performance metrics.
- Social Media: Directs social media strategies and platforms globally to increase AACSB’s reach and influence to lead conversations, amplify content, and advocate on issues important to AACSB and its members.
- Advocacy Partnerships: Identifies partnership opportunities and builds co-branded advocacy programs and initiatives that increase AACSB’s visibility, and influence and elevate the value of business education and business schools globally.
- Strategic Planning: Contributes to the development of the Marketing and Communications operating plan, budget, and KPIs to support AACSB’s strategic plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field obtained through an accredited college or university.
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Experience working in the field of higher education.
- Master’s Degree in a related field obtained through an accredited college or university.

As the IT Cloud Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the AACSB Azure cloud infrastructure. The IT Cloud Systems Engineer will also be responsible for installing and managing the local network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have great technical and collaboration skills. How You Will Contribute
- Manages Microsoft Azure Environments
- Monitors Server and backup, resolving errors as they arise
- Monitors, tests, and streamlines disaster recovery processes
- Monitors Microsoft 365 backups, fixes errors, and ensures proper backups are in place
- Manages Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Provisions users, Microsoft 365 licenses, creates distribution list, group members and contacts
- Manages Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Manages endpoint management utilizing Microsoft Intune to deploy applications and security policies
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English language
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Five (5) years enterprise IT experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field obtained through an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years experience working with Microsoft Azure
- Professional certification(s) in Microsoft Azure
- Previous cloud infrastructure experience

As the Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative function and activities of the EMEA office.
How You Will Contribute
- Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including minor cleaning and maintenance, and communicates with the building administrator when repairs are necessary, notifying the Director of Facilities and Administration about any major issues.
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting, and distributing mail, processing invoices, and preparing documents.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
- Supports international shipments and requirements as determined by Membership, Accreditation, and Marketing functions in the EMEA Office.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement in collaboration with the Director of Facilities and Administration as needed.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends.
- Achieves financial objectives by supporting the Managing Director and preparing an annual EMEA operating and office budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Maintaining quarterly EMEA budget updates and performance to plan.
- When necessary, responds to queries and interacts with Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, KVK and/or Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce and Dutch Registry Smart Portal and other vendors. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities and Administration, interacts with local insurance provider and maintains/reviews general liability and office contracts.
- Ongoing interaction with UP Building and commercial real estate firm CBRE in Amsterdam. Participates in lease negotiations with the Director of Facilities and Administration.
- Assumes primary ERO (emergency response officer) role for the EMEA Office. Training will be provided.
- Manages local life-safety policies as well as communication alerts through the Alert Media portal.
- Confer with Human Resources as needed to provide assistance with HR matters and inquiries related to the EMEA Office.
- Supports EMEA Managing Director in a Professional Assistant role.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Dutch and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel or related software.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Dutch HR law and procedures is a plus.
