The Moore School offers undergraduate majors in accounting, economics, finance, international business, management, marketing, operations and supply chain, real estate, and risk management and insurance. The school also offers three MBA programs, five master’s programs, and two Ph.D. programs. The Moore School focuses on providing a rigorous education in both functional career skills and soft skills, such as communication, leadership, and professionalism. In 1998, the school was named for South Carolina native Darla Moore, making the University of South Carolina the first major university in the United States to name its business school after a woman.
