Deans Conference

As a special perk for early registrants of this year's Deans Conference, we are offering a unique Deans Mentorship Program. To foster connections and support professional growth, we will pair new deans with experienced deans. 

How it Works: 

1. Complete an Interest Form: Share a few details about your institution and your role as Dean. We will match those in the dean’s role for 1-2 years with experienced deans that have been in the role for 5+ years based on institutional characteristics. The interest form will be sent to early registration attendees after the early registration deadline of December 20. 

2. Connect Before the Conference: We will send an email to connect mentor pairs after the early registration deadline. We ask mentor pairs to connect before the conference to get to know each other and discuss potential areas of mentorship.

3. Networking Opportunities: We will provide dedicated networking spaces at the Deans Conference to facilitate in-person connections and further strengthen your mentorship relationship.

4. Stay Connected: We hope the conference is just the beginning of this mentorship and that you stay connected!

If you would like to participate as a mentor or mentee, register before the early registration deadline. An interest form will be sent to early registration attendees after the early registration deadline of December 20. We will do our best to create pairings from similar institutional backgrounds.
