The Dean’s Journey: From Aspiration to Impact is a six-month, cohort-based leadership experience for new and aspiring business school deans and those in similar roles, globally.
Informed by input from more than 400 deans across 66 countries, this program address early-stage gaps such as peer support, mentorship, and strategic leadership. Engage in structured reflection, practical tools, leadership assessments, and expert facilitation in this immersive experience.
